Meet The Team

Dr. Manubay, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College in 1986. He then completed a fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Pulmonary and Critical Care, contributing to several published papers during his six-year tenure. After earning his degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, he gained experience under a seasoned veterinarian before purchasing Center West Animal Hospital in 1998. In his downtown, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, spending time with his GSP "Koeda", and traveling with his family. 

Dr. Laura LoBuglio, a dedicated veterinarian from Northeast Ohio with a biochemistry degree from Miami University and a DVM from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Laura has a rich background in both small and mixed animal practices. Passionate about forming strong connections with her patients and their families, she focuses on creating personalized care plans for everyone. Outside of her practice, Dr. Laura enjoys life on her family farm, where she shares her home with her two beautiful children, two dogs, two cats, thirteen chickens, and her husband, along with her hobbies of gardening, sewing, and biking.

Olivia has been a cherished member of the CWAH family since she graduated from Tri-C in 2019. Known for her radiant smile and positive energy, Olivia is an accomplished artist with a passion for ceramics, boasting works and award-winning sculptures. When she's not crafting masterpieces, she enjoys quality time with her 30-year-old, beloved OTTB horse, Cisco, and her 20-year-old Quarter Horse, Lucy, her flock of hens, and her adorable Papillons, Elliot and Radish. As our interior designer, Olivia's creative touch is behind the exciting upgrades at our clinic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all!
