We are an appointment only clinic. This ensures patients will receive dedicated time with the doctors providing the best medicine possible. In some cases, unforeseen emergencies may occur. These emergent situations will take top priority. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience regarding delays this may cause during your visit.
Some patients do not enjoy the process of coming to the vet. Many of them experience high levels of stress and may behave abnormally. We require all dogs to be securely attached to a non-retractable leash. Cats must be in a secure carrier before entering the building. If you do not own a non-retractable leash or carrier, please let us know and one will be provided to you for the duration of your visit.
In order to keep the day flowing smoothly and to reduce preventable delays, we request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. Those who arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may be required to wait until the doctor has availability. Clients who will be delayed further will be required to reschedule or pay a work-in fee.
We offer boarding only to established clients. All patients must be at least 6 month of age, current on all vaccine and have negative fecal results within 6 months of the boarding date.
