We are cognizant of the recommended precautions and
information updates regarding COVID-19. We understand that this can be an
overwhelming time with many unanswered questions and growing concerns. Please
know that we are taking many precautions to keep our clients and staff safe while
remaining open to continue to provide the care that your pet(s) may need.
Our cleaning protocols as a hospital have always been strict
to prevent the spread of disease. We have
also implemented additional measures to help reduce exposure. We are asking all
clients to please follow the protocols listed below when visiting our clinic.
Remain in your vehicle with
your pet(s).
*Please
call 440-871-6211 to check-in and let us know you are here to either pick up
medications or to check in for your appointment. You will be asked to provide
us with a phone number should the doctor need to contact you during treatment.
*A staff
member will meet you at your vehicle to bring you medications and handle
payment, or to take your pet inside for treatment. Should the doctor need to
speak with you, they will call you at the phone number provided at the time of
check-in.
*Once the
appointment has concluded, a staff member will return your pet(s) to you and take
care of payment.
